摘　　要：选用体外建株的人肿瘤细胞系U93 7(人恶性组织细胞淋巴瘤细胞株 ) ,Hela(人子宫癌细胞株 ) ,QRH- 770 1(肝癌细胞株 ) ,采用MTT比色法 ,观察了狼毒大戟活性成分W对上述细胞系的影响。结果表明 ,W对In this experimental study,the effect of W the active constituent of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud. to human tumor cell lines U937?Hela?QRH 7701 of culture in vitro was detected by MTT assay.The result indicated that the different degrees inhibitive effects was shown by W effecting the three cell lines.
