肝胆消石片治疗胆道结石随机对照、平行试验的临床研究

摘　　要：本文用肝胆消石片与爱活胆通胶囊进行随机对照、平行试验 ,共治疗胆道结石 90例 (胆囊结石 35例 ,肝内结石 2 5例 ) ,其中治疗组 (肝胆消石片 ) 6 0例 ,对照组 (爱活胆通 ) 30例。研究结果表明 :治疗组治愈 9例 ,(15 % ) ,显效 10例 (16 6 7% ) ,有效 39例 (6 5 0 0 % ) ,无效 2例 (3 33% ) ,总有效率 96 6 7% ,总显效率 31 6 7% ;对照组治愈 2例 (6 6 7% ) ,显效 4例 (13 33% ) ,有效 2 1例 (70 0 0 % ) ,无效 3例 (30 0 0 % ) ,总有效率 90 0 0 % ,总显效率 2 0 0 0 %。经统计学处理 ,P >0 0 5 ,说明两组疗效相当。肝胆消石片在改善中医证候方面优于爱活胆通 ,其治疗后中医证候记分较对照组有明显改善 (P <0 0 1)。提示肝胆消石片有较好的溶石消积 ,疏肝利胆 ,和胃止痛的作用。在用药过程中 。Tablet of Xiaorong Gandan Jieshi was compared with capsule of Aihuodantong in the treatment of 90 cases with calculus of biliary tract(35 cases with calculus of gallbladder,25 cases with calculus of intrahepatic bile duct)in a parallel randomized control study,in which 60 case was allocated to treatment group(treated with tablet of Xiaorong Gandan Jieshi)while 30 cases as control group(treated with Aihuodantong Capsule).Results:In the treatment group,9 cases(15%)were cured,10 cases(16 67%)with apparent therapeutic effect,39 cases(65 00%)with some therapeutic effect,and 2 cases(3 33%)without any therapeutic effect.Overall successful rate was 96 67%,total rate of apparent therapeutical effect was 31 67%.In the control group,2 cases(6 67%)were cured,4 cases(13 33%)with apparent therapeuticl effect,21 cases(70 00%)with some therapeutic effect,and 3 cases(10 00%)without therapeutical effect.Overall successful rate was 90 00%,total rate of apparent therapeutical effect was 20 00%.Statistical analysis showed P >0 05,which demonstrated that the therapeutical effect of the two groups are equal.Xiaorong Gandan Jieshi tablet was better in alleviation of symptoms than of Aihuodantong capsule,and by the scores of symptoms improved the treatment group was significanthy superior than that of the control group( P <0 01).Above data suggested that of Xiaorong Gandan Jieshi tablet was effective in resolving the stones and alleviating billiary stasis,soothing liver and regulating Qi,normalizing the secretion and discharge of bile,harmonizing stomach and relieving pain.No adverse effect had been found in its administration.
