金钠多与胞磷胆碱的配伍稳定性实验

摘　　要：目的:探讨金钠多与胞磷胆碱的配伍稳定性。方法:将金钠多与胞磷胆碱根据临床常用剂量按比例配伍后观察溶液外观,测定pH值、薄层色谱及测定含量。结果:在25℃条件下6 h内混合液外观、pH值、薄层色谱均无变化,金钠多与胞磷胆碱含量无明显变化。结论:金钠多与胞磷胆碱配伍混合液稳定。Objectives: To explore the compatible stability of Ginaton injection mixed with citicoline choline injection in 0. 9% sodium chloride injection. Methods: After two drugs were mixed according to proportion of clinical common dosage, variation of the solution apperance was observed, pH value was assaied, the contents of Ginaton and citicoline were determined by thin layer chro-matography(TLC). Results: Under the condition of 25℃ and at 6 h, there were no significant variation on the solution apperance, pH value, TLC and the contents. Conclusion: Ginaton injection can be mixed with citicoline injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and the solution is stable.
