摘　　要：目的:测定氯地滴眼液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-0.34％磷酸二氢钾(60:40),流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长240 nm。结果:氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的平均回收率为99.8％,RSD=0.4％和99.5％,RSD=0.5％。结论:方法快速、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objectives: To establish a method for the simultaneous determinatione of chloramphenicol combined with dexametha-sorie sodium phosphate in Ludi eye drops by HPLC. Method: HPLC was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0. 34% potassium di-hydrogen phosphate(60:40). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml ?min-1. The detecting wavelength was at 240 run. Both components had good linear relationship. Results: The average recovery and relative standard deviation of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate was 99.8% and 0.4%, 99.5% and 0.5%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple, and accurate, which is suitable for the quality of this preparation.
