系统性硬化症肺部损害与肺部肿瘤的关系

摘　　要：为了解系统性硬化症(SSc)肺部损害与肺部肿瘤的关系,我们检查了226例SSc患者的X线胸片、肺断层CT及肺功能。结果显示:胸片异常者186例(80.08%),11例作肺断层CT,其中3例确诊肺癌,1例恶性肿瘤转移。肺功能测定异常者143例(71.86%).结果提示:SSc患者应通过胸片、CT及肺功能测定及早了解肺部损害。To investigate the relationship between the pulmonary lesions and the pulmonary malignancies in systemic sclerosis (SSc) chest film of X-ray, pulmonary CT and pulmonary function of 226 patients with SSc were tested. The results showing 186 cases (80.08%) with abnormal chest film, 3 of 11 cases examining CT with lung cancer and one with metastasis of the malignancy, and 143 cases (71.86%) with abnormal pulmonary function. These results indicated that the patients with SSc should be examined with chest film of X-ray, CT and pulmonary function in order to detect their pulmonary lesions at early stage.
