丽珠肠乐与思密达联用治疗婴幼儿病毒性肠炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨丽珠肠乐联用思密达治疗婴幼儿病毒性肠炎(以轮状病毒为主)的疗效。方法:治疗组60例,其中40例检测为轮状病毒,用丽珠肠乐联用法治疗。对照组50例,有35例检测为轮状病毒,用利巴韦林15mg/kg·d,分2次im或加入10％ G.S 250ml静滴。以上两组均治疗3d。结果:治疗3d后判断疗效,丽珠肠乐联用组总有效率、轮状病毒阴转率及止泻时间依次为93.3％、87.5％、40.26±12.54/h;利巴韦林组依次为:72％、54.3%、52.47±15.71/h,两组间比较P<0.01。结论:丽珠肠乐与思密达联用治疗婴幼儿病毒性肠炎优于利巴韦林。Objective: To discuss the curative effect of the virus enteritis treatment by Livzon Changnore and Semecta. Methods: Group of Livzon Changnore 60 cases, male 36 cases, female 24 cases. age 15±s4mo, 40 cases with the wheel-shape virus was tested; Group of ribavirin 50 cases, male 30 cases, female 20 cases, age 15 ± s4mo, 35 cases with the wheei-shape virus was tested. Treatment of ribavirin 15mg/kg.d, bid im or add 10% G.S 250ml ivgtt Qd. Course of treatment was three days, go on with treatment three days necessary Results: Determine curative effect after three days, the overall efficaious rate, the wheel-shape virus feminine rate and stop diarrhea time of Livzon Changnore group was 93.3% and 87.5%, 40.26 ± 12,54h; Ribavirin group was 72% and 54.3%, 52.47±15.71h. P<0.01. Conclusions: Treatment of infantile virus enteritis by Livzon Changnore and Semecta vvas significantly higher than in ribavirin.
