老年矽肺结核患者血清肿瘤坏死因子水平的临床观察

摘　　要：为了解老年矽肺结核患者的免疫状况 ,采用放射免疫法检测了 6 9例老年矽肺结核患者的血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)水平 ,并与老年肺结核患者和健康老年人做了比较。结果发现 :老年矽肺结核和老年肺结核患者的TNF水平 ,均显著低于健康老年人 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,老年矽肺结核患者和老年肺结核患者血清TNF水平相差无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。TNF水平与痰菌无明显相关。老年肺结核患者和老年矽肺结核患者机体免疫力低下 。To observe the immune condition of old patients with silicotuberculosis, serum TNF was detected in 69 old patients with silicotuberculosis by RIA and compared with patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and normal old people.Serum TNF in patients with silicotuberculosis or pulmonary tuberculosis was significantly lower than that in normal old people( P <0.01, P <0.05).There is no significant difference in TNF between silicotuberculosis group and pulmonary tuberculosis group. In conclusion, the immunity of old patietns with silicotuberculosis or pulmonary tuberculosis was poor, they should be given immunomodulator.
