摘 要:目的 研究外科感染的常见致病菌及对抗生素的耐药性 ,以指导临床用药。方法 采用Viter AmsSystem和Kirby Bauer法 ,对外科临床标本行细菌培养并检测菌株对 18种抗生素的耐药性。 结果 分离的 2 91株细菌 ,前 5位分别是 :铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肠杆菌属、克雷伯菌属。耐药试验表明目前临床常用抗生素的耐药率高达 2 0 %~ 98%。抗菌效果较好的有万古霉素、亚胺曲菌和头孢他定。Objective To study the common pathogens in surgical infection and their resistance to antibiotics in order to guide the clinical drug application.Methods Viter Ams system and Kirby Bauer methods were used to cultivate the separated pathogens and to examine their resistance to 18 antibiotics.Results The top pathogens seperated from 291 pathogens were pseudomonas aeruginosa;escherichia coli;staphylococcus aureus;klebsiela sp and enterobacteriaceae.Drug resistance examination showed that the resistance rate to the current popular antibiotics was 20%~98%.The effective antibiotics were vancomycin;imipenem and ceftazidime.Conclusion It's important to carry out the examination of the pathogens' drug resistance in the treatment of surgical infection.
