摘  要:NC型12 0 0mm氨合成塔内件采用一轴二径绝热反应形式 :轴向冷激采用菱形分布器结构 ,两段径向采用鱼鳞筒或径向流分布器 ,使气流呈辐射状进入催化剂床层 ,路径缩短 ,床层阻力降低 ,特点是对三段催化剂床层进行冷激控制 ,使其在最佳温度范围内反应。在系统中采用气体分流进塔设计 :将水冷出口气体进氨分改为先进冷交 ;系统设置新鲜气氨冷器 ;The mono axial bi radial adiabatic reaction is applied in NC type  1200mm ammonia synthesis tower, that the rhombic distributor is adopted in axial chilling and the scale cylinder or radial floe distributor is adopted in radial, so that the gas flow enters the catalyst bed appearing as radiation, the path is shortened and the bed resistance is reduced. The reaction is run under optimum temperature range by controlling the chilling of three sections of catalyst bed. The design that the gas stream is split into the tower is adopted in the system as followed. The outlet gas from water condenser to ammonia separator is changed to cold exchanger firstly; the fresh gas ammonia condenser is added to system. The design allowance of main aided equipment of the system is sufficient.
