摘　　要：基于在稀硫酸介质中 ,亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化罗丹明 B,建立了催化荧光光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法 .方法检出限为 2 .47× 1 0 - 6 g· L- 1 ,线性范围为 6～ 1 3 0μg· L- 1 ,用于直接测定水样中亚硝酸根 .A new catalytic fluorimetric method for determining trace NO 2 - were proposed.The method was besed on the catalysis of nitrite on the oxidation of rhodamine B by potassium bromate in the solution of dilute H 2SO 4.The detective limit of this method was 2.47×10 -6 g·L -1 .The linear range was 6~130 μg·L -1 for nitrite. The method was used to determine trace NO 2 - in water samples with satisfactory results.
