摘  要:目的 :探讨超声生物显微镜 (Ultrasound biomicroscope,UBM)与光学测量仪测量闭角型青光眼前房深度值及角膜厚度值是否存在差异。方法 :应用德国产 Zeiss- Humphrey 840 UBM、瑞士产 Haag- Streit前房深度计及角膜厚度计测量闭角型青光眼 17例 (32只眼 )的前房深度和角膜厚度并进行统计分析。结果 :17例 (32只眼 ) UBM测量的平均前房深度为 (1.939± 0 .199) mm,前房深度计测量的结果为 (1.882± 0 .2 5 4) mm,两者有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;UBM测量的平均角膜厚度为 (0 .5 79± 0 .0 77) mm ,角膜厚度计测量的结果为 (0 .5 81±0 .0 6 0 ) mm,两者之间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :UBM测量的前房深度值大于前房深度计测量值 ,而 UBM与角膜厚度计测量的角膜厚度值相似。Objective:To compare the anterior chamber depth (ACD)and corneal thickness(CT)measurements using ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM)to optical instruments in angle closure glaucoma.Methods:The anterior chamber depth and corneal thickness in seventeen patients(32 eyes)with angle closure glaucoma were measured by UBM(Zeiss Humphrey 840,Germany)and optical instruments(Haag Streit,Depth Measuring Devices Ⅰ+Ⅱ,Swiss),respectively.Results:The mean ACDs were 1 93±0 199mm by UBM,and 1 882±0 254mm by optical instruments.The results showed that the difference was significant( P <0 05).The mean CTs were 0 579±0 077mm by UBM,and 0 58±0 060mm by optical instrument,but there is no significant difference( P >0 05).Conclusions:The ACD measured by UBM was deeper than that by optical instrumetn.The CT measured by UBM was as thick as that by optical instrument.The UBM can measure the ACD and CT accurately.
