珠江三角洲和长江三角洲经济转型的制度变迁模式比较——兼谈西部地区走向市场经济的对策

摘　　要：中国两大经济增长极———珠江三角洲和长江三角洲 ,经过各自不同的制度创新模式 ,成功实现了经济转型 ,经济获得快速发展。而与之相比较 ,我国西部广大地区 ,由于种种原因 ,其经济转型过程相对缓慢 ,阻碍了西部经济的健康发展。因此 ,西部地区必须借鉴珠江三角洲、长江三角洲制度创新模式 ,从政府和基层组织等层次上 ,促进其经济转型。There are two regions of economic growth of our country,one is Pearl River Triangle Samd-bar,the other is Yangtze River Triangle Sand-bar. By their respective different system innovation model,realize economic transformation successfully,the economy has got rapid development.However,the broad area in the western part of China,due to all sorts of reasons,the process of economic transformation is relatively slow,thus influences the healthy development of western economy of China.Therefore,western area must take the system innovation model from Pearl River Triangle Sand-bar and Yangtze River Triangle Sand-bar as reference,promotes its economic trcensformation from government and basic organizations.
