摘　　要：通过对 19例双侧人工全髋关节同期置换术患者的护理 ,认为由于双侧假体同期置入及手术时间长 ,失血多 ,容易引起伤口感染。预防的措施是术前做好术区皮肤准备 ,术后保持引流管通畅 ,密切观察体温变化及肢体情况 ,保持正确体位 。The surgery of bilateral artificial coxa joint replacement at one time comes out with such problems as long operative course, large volume of hemorrhage and the infectivity. By summarizing the nursing of 19 patients with operations on bilateral artificial coxa joint replacement at one time, the author argues that the key in perioperative nursing to ensure the rehabilitation of patients lies not only in careful preparation of skin before operation, but also in the smooth drainage of the tubes, close observation on their temperature and right nursing of their limbs to keep them at right posture after operation.
