摘　　要：整体护理开展以来 ,各级医院相互观摩学习 ,设计的各种病历、表格五花八门 ,护士却为面对一个具体的病人不知在哪一栏划勾而左右为难 ,为无法套上哪个护理诊断而犯愁 ,类似照搬模式使整体护理流于形式而缺乏内涵。如何使护理实践均以病人整体作为护理目标 ,“以病人为中心”的护理理念应深入每个护士心中 ,应体现在每个医院、每个病区、每个护士、每个班次。Since the holistic nursing was carried out, hospitals, by learning and emulating each other, have designed forms of medical history and other forms of all sort for nurses to fill out. Practically, a nurse is at a complete loss what she should fill in a form and what diagnosis she should make, when she meets with a real and specific case. In this case, holistic nursing becomes hollow and lacks of connotation. How to make holistic nursing based on the center of patients involves making 'patient centered' nursing philosophy rooted in every nursing staff. Holistic nursing should be embodied in from every hospital to every ward, from every duty shift to every nursing activity.
