摘　　要：目的　从商陆中提取多糖 ,并测定其含量。方法　用水提醇沉法提取商陆多糖 ,用酚 -硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果　测得商陆中多糖含量 16 .2 481% ,平均回收率为 98.43% ,RSD =1.2 9% (n =5 )。结论　商陆多糖含量较高 。Aim To extract and determine polysaccharides of Pokeberry root.Methods Polysaccharides of Pokeberry root were obtained by hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation the content was determind with phenol-vitriol colorimetry.Results The polysaccharides content of Pokeberry root is 16.2481%,the mean recovery rate is 98.43%.Conclusion Content of the polysaccharides in Pokeberry root is higher.It can be developed.
