摘　　要：阐述了对冷轧带钢生产线活套钢板位置进行测控的原理和方法 ,介绍了硬软件设计特点和抗干扰措施 ,能够代替光幕进行在线测控。This papper sets forth the basic principle and approach to measure and control the position of steel plate in the looper of a production line for cold rolled steel strip, and explains the characteristics of its hardware and software designs and the anti interference measures. The new technique can substitute the imported photo veiling for the purpose of on line measuring and controlling.
