摘  要:在动量方程、连续性方程、体积函数方程和能量守恒方程基础上,用SOLA—VOF方法编制了铸件三维充型过程流体流动与传热的耦合模拟计算程序,实现了镍基合金叶片充型过程的温度场模拟,利用 XUE判据和 Niyama判据对镍基合金叶片凝固过程中缩松、缩孔出现的位置进行判断.结果表明:利用本文开发的程序能够准确模拟叶片充型及凝固过程,并能准确预测出缩松、缩孔在铸件中出现的位置,对实际生产有一定的指导意义.On the basis of momentum equation, continuity equation, wilume function equation and energy equation, a three-dimensional software code for simulation of fluid flow and heat transfer was developed using the SOLA-VOF algorithm. The mold filling and temperature field of a Ni-based alloy vane casting were carried out. The Xue and Niyama Criteria were used to predict the shrinkage defects occurring in the vane. The results showed that the software code developed in this work could precisely simulate the solidification process of the vane and predict the positions of the shrinkage defects in the vane casting. The code is a significant tool in production.
