摘 要:提出了一项将化学剂吞吐与油井堵水相结合的新技术。该结合技术由吞吐剂技术、油井堵剂技术和工作液注入技术组成。其核心是先后向地层注入吞吐剂和油井堵水剂 ,使后者将前者封存在高渗透层中 ,随后前者被沿高渗透层迫近油井的水 (注入水、边水等 )带至含油饱和度较高的中、低渗透层将油驱出 ,从而达到提高油井产量并降低产液中含水率的目的。介绍了工作液配方的确定、用量计算、注入顺序和将工作液过顶替入地层等技术步骤。该项技术已在濮城油田S下1油藏的油井成功地进行了试验 ,证实了该结合技术的可行性。In order to combine the chemicals huff and puff with water\|shutoff in oil well, the huff and puff agent and water\|shutoff agent should be injected successively into oil well. The former would be shut by the later in the high permeability formation. When water (injection water and/or edge water) approaches the oil well along the high permeability formations, the huff and puff agent would be carried by the water into the middle and low permeability formations with higher oil saturation. In this way the oil yield would increase and the water cut in the oil well would decrease. The combined technique is composed of three subtechniques, i.e. huff and puff agent subtechnique, water\|shutoff agent subtechnique and working fluids injection subtechnique. The keys of these subtechniques, including formulations, amount, injection order and overdisplacement of the working fluids into formation are described. The tests of this combined technique have been conducted successfully in the oil wells of Pucheng oilfield, and the feasibility of this combined technique has been confirmed.
