摘  要:Q235碳钢经热浸渗铝后,在多种腐蚀介质中的耐腐蚀试验表明,在硫化氢盐水中,渗铝钢耐腐蚀性能提高90倍,腐蚀形态为点蚀,介质温度升高,点蚀加剧;耐海水腐蚀性能提高6倍;耐含氰污水腐蚀性能提高90倍;耐氨水腐蚀性能提高40倍;在硝酸氨溶液中,耐腐蚀性能提高3个数量级。渗铝钢在某炼油厂蒸馏装置的蒸发后冷换热器的实际应用表明,渗铝后管子的使用寿命提高2倍,达43个月,获得显著的经济效益。Corrosion tests of a hot-dip aluminizing carbon steel were conducted in several mediums. In salt water containing H25, the corrosion resistance of the steel is enhanced by 90 times, and the corrosion form is pit corrosion that becomes more severe with the rise of the medium temperature. In other test mediums as seawater, sewage containing cyanogens and ammonia, the corrosion resistance of the steel is enhanced by 6 times, 90 times and 40 times respectively, and it is also improved to a great degree in ammonium nitrate solution. Use of the hot-dip aluminizing steel in the heat exchanger of a distillation system shows that the service life of the heat exchange tubes is improved by more than 2 times.
