摘　　要：针对跳汰机风阀系统气源三联体加油困难、故障率高和维护量大等缺点 ,结合国内外同类装置的优缺点 ,采用国产元件研制出新型跳汰机风阀自动加油润滑装置 ;该装置可完全达到进口同类装置的效果 ,实现跳汰机风阀全自动不间断加油润滑功能 。To counter the difficulty in lubricant addition into the jig's air valve system with triple air sources and the disadvantage of frequent stoppage and large volume of maintenance work required, and taking consideration of advantage and disadvantage of similar facility, both domestic and aboard, developed was a new automatic lubrication facility composed of home made elements. This facility has attained a performance matching that of similar imported one, helped realizing completely automatic and continuous lubrication of jig's valves and promoting the level of automation of a single jig operation.
