雷达测距仪在气固流化床床高测控中的应用

摘　　要：目前常用的气固流化床床高测量方法主要有超声波料位计、电感式料位计、静压间接测量等。应用性能优越、抗干扰能力强的雷达测距仪进行流化床床高的在线测控 ,可在极端条件下对流化物料进行非接触式连续测量 ,不受气体和粉尘的影响 ,可准确到毫米级 ,精度高于0 1 %。Distance meter presently employed for measuring the bed height of a gas solid fluidized bed includes ultrasonic level gage, level gage by electric inductance, indirect measurement by static pressure, etc. Radar distance meter has the merit of high performance and good capacity of anti disturbance, and, while applied in this case, can detect the bed height in mm range continuously in non contact mode without influence by the gas flow and dust concentration, attaining a preciseness of 0.1%.
