摘 要:采用 GPC、SEM法等研究了配方优化前后悬浮聚合聚氯乙烯树脂的相对分子质量分布和颗粒形态。采用 HAAKE转矩 -流变仪研究了上述试样的加工流变性能 ,并与国外同类产品进行了对比。同时 ,对实验结果进行了直接试验设计 ,得出了回归方程和优化配方。结果表明 ,采用适当组分与配比的新型复合分散体系 ,可以得到颗粒特性和加工流变性能优异的 PVC树脂 。The molecular weight distribution and particle morphology of PVC resins were studied by GPC and SEM as well as their processing rheological property by HAAKE torque rheometer. The contrast with the product abroad was also made. Experimental results were analyzed by random design method and the regression equation and optimum recipe were obtained. The results indicate that PVC resins with good particle character and processing rheological property can be obtained by employing novel compound dispersing system with proper components and ratio. The cost can be reduced as well.
