摘  要:单纱产品具有许多优异的性能,能满足轻薄面料的需求,但是单纱织造比较困难,因此开发羊毛的上浆技术,解决单纱的可织造性十分重要。目前最为经济可行的是采用分条整经机倒轴上浆,但它对浆料要求较高。文中论述了浆料的选择、冷上浆的上浆机理、上浆率的控制及冷上浆对单纱性能的影响。Single yarns have many outstanding properties and are suitable for making light-weighted fabrics. However, single yarn is difficult to weave. Developing new sizing technology for wool yarn to make single yarn weavable is the key for current single yarn-based production. At present, the most economic and feasi ble way is the re-beaming sizing after sectional warping, but it has high requirements on size. The article discusses how to choose the size, the principle of cold sizing, how to control the size-pick-up ratio and the effect of cold sizing on single yarn properties.
