摘  要:为探讨过度运动训练对运动能力的影响,以大鼠为实验对象,以游泳作为运动方式,并给予各组不同运动量训练8周,于训练前后测定血小板聚集功能及血浆TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α浓度。结果表明,过度运动训练组血小板聚集功能、血浆TXB2浓度较其他组明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.01=,同时6-keto-PGF1α浓度明显降低(P<0.01)。提示上述改变可能是运动能力和抗疲劳能力下降的原因之一。The aim of this study was to explore the effects of overtraining on the ability to exercise and anti-fatigue. SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups with different swimming loads and a control group. The platelet aggregative function and plasma concentrations of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a were measured in exercise groups, and compared with that in control group. The results showed that the platelet aggregative function and plasma concentrations of TXB2 increased and the plasma concentrations 6-keto-PGF1a decreased highly in overtraining group than those in other groups(P < 0.05 ,P < 0.01). It suggested that overtraining could cause the changes of platelet aggregative function and plasma concentrations of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a, which could be one of the mechanisms of decreasing the ability to exercise and anti-fatigue in overtraining.
