大川芎丸各成份对血管内皮细胞钙通道的阻滞作用

摘　　要：目的　从中药大川芎丸的药物成份中筛选出对钙通道有阻滞作用的有效成份。方法　选用脐静脉内皮细胞 ,以尼莫同为阳性对照 ,采用45Ca2 + 掺入法 ,就各药物成份对血管内皮细胞钙通道的阻滞程度进行比较。结果　CD1、T3 A、T3 B、T4A 4种成份对钙通道有明显阻滞作用 (P <0 .0 1)。OBJECTIVE To pick up the effective components of Da Chuanxiong pill, which could block the Ca 2+ channel.METHODS Endothelial cells of umbilical vein were chosen as target cells and Nimotop as the positive contrast, and using the technique of incorporation of 45 Ca 2+ , the blocking effect of different components in Da Chuanxiong pill on the intake capability of Ca 2+ of vascular endothelial cells was studied.RESULTS Four components, CD 1, T 3A, T 3B, T 4A, had significant blocking effect on the Ca 2+ intake of vascular endothelial cells ( P <0.01).CONCLUSION This study provides theoretic basis of treatment to migraine with Da Chuanxiong pill.
