摘　　要：提出了一种波形编码的新方法,阐述了其编码原理。该编码算法简单,恢复的语音质量较好。由于利用了矢量量化技术,所以该编码速率较低。A new method of speech waveform code is proposed,and the operation principle of the coding is introduced in detail.This algorithm of the code is easy and its voice transmission result is good.Because of using the technology of Vector Quantization,the rate of the code is low.
