副肿瘤天疱疮2例报告及与HHV-8关系初探

摘　　要：目的　报告副肿瘤天疱疮 2例 ,并对其与Castleman病、人类疱疹病毒 8之间的关系进行初探。方法　采用PCR法进行HHV 8检测。结果　 2例病人外周血及肿瘤组织共 4份标本均为阴性。结论　这 2例副肿瘤天疱疮无HHV8感染。Objective To report two patients with paraneoplastic pemphigus,the possible correlation with castleman disease and human herpes virus 8(HHV 8) was explored.Methods Polymerase chain reaction was used to exame the present HHV 8.Results All four peripheral blood and tumour specimens of two patients showed negative results.Conclusion No evidence of HHV 8 infection was found in these two patients with PNP.
