疤痕平对增生性瘢痕超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的 :通过观察疤痕平对增生性瘢痕超微结构的影响 ,探讨其抗瘢痕的机制。方法 :选择 1 4例双下肢深 度烧伤后增生性瘢痕病人 ,以左下肢为治疗组 ,外用疤痕平 ,每日 2次 ,以右下肢为空白对照组。于治疗前、治疗后 3个月、6个月及 1 2个月对双侧瘢痕进行电镜观察。结果 :治疗组成纤维细胞较少 ,胞浆内细胞器减少 ,糖原颗粒明显减少 ;胶原纤维排列规则 ,血管数量减少。结论Objective:To observe the effects of MEBO scar lotion on microstructure of hypertrophic scar so as to illustrate its anti scar mechanism.Methods:Fourteen patients with hypertrophic scars at bilateral lower extremities after deep second degree burns were chosen.MEBO scar lotion was smeared on scars of left lower extremities two times every day.The right lower extremity scars were not given any drugs.Electronic microscope observation was performed before treatment and three,six and twelve months after treatment.Results:Fibroblasts was fewer and vascular density lower in treatment group than those in control group.Collagenous fibers arranged regularly after treatment.Conclusion:MEBO scar lotion could effectively prevent and treat hypertrophic scar.
