摘　　要：目的　报告 1 5例外伤性支气管断裂患者的诊断与治疗 ,旨在评价其早期诊断和手术治疗效果以及延误诊断造成的后果。方法　本组 1 5例中早期行支气管修补术 7例 ,3例于伤后 2～ 6个月行支气管重建术。结果　本组 1 0例手术后痊愈 ,另 5例未行手术者 3例死亡、2例合并肺部感染和脓胸失去治疗机会。结论　早期诊断和手术治疗可减少肺和胸腔感染机会 。Objecitve To elucidate the importance of early diagnosis in surgical management for traumatic rupture of bronchus.?Methods Fifteen cases of trauma of bronchus after blunt chest trauma were reported.Among them,6 cases were given bronchial repair within 24 hours and 1 case on the 6th day after hospitalization.Three cases were given bronchus re establishment operation 2 6 months after injury.? Results Ten cases recovered,3 died,and 2 cases were complicated with lung infection and empyema because of delayed diagnosis.?Conclusion Early diagnosis and bronchial repair plays an important role in the treatment.
