摘  要:用NDLaSota弱毒株、EDS76毒株、IBD地方分离株JD2及D78株 ,分别接种鸡胚、鸭胚 ,收集尿囊液等含毒组织 ,结合JD2囊组织毒 ,制备各种病毒抗原 ,经福尔马林灭活后按一定比例混合 ,再加入含硒免疫增强剂 ,与白油佐剂乳化成油包水型三联乳剂疫苗。对三联苗各项技术指标进行了测定 ,证明本疫苗安全、无副作用 ,接种后 2~ 3周产生免疫保护 ,ND和EDS76攻毒保护率为 10 0 %。通过免疫抗体检测 ,该三联苗均能产生较高效价的抗体 ,其中IBDAGP抗体效价达7 4 2 (log2 ) ;NDHI抗体效价达 9 2 4 (log2 ) ;EDS76HI抗体效价达 9 18(log2 )。种鸡注苗后 8周测定其 1日龄雏鸡IBDAGP抗体阳性率为 96 35 %。本疫苗在河北省一些种鸡场和蛋鸡场进行区域试验 ,获得满意效果 ,有效控制了ND、EDS76及IBD的发生及流行。Combined with burae tissue suspension of IBDV strain JD2, antigens were prepared with the allantoic liquid pooled form embryos of chickens and duck lingsinoeulated respectively with live virus strain ND LaSota, EDS76, IBD D78 and IBD isolates JD2. After inactivated with formalin, the antigens were mixed in suitable proportion immediately before addition of immunopotentiator containing Se. Then the trivalent inactivated vaccine was manufactured as W/ O emulsion. the test of safty showed that the trivalent vaccine was safe. The protection against diseases had been developed in 2~3 weeks post-vaccination. The challenge protective rates against ND and EDS76 is high to 100%. When measured the antibody response, the trivalent vaccine could produce comparatively high titre of the antibody include AGP antibody of IBD(7.42(log2)), HI antibody of ND( 9.24 (log2))and HI antibody of EDS76(9 18(log2)). The positive rate of AGP antibody of IBD in the sera from the chickens was 96 35% after their breeding hens were vaccinated 8 weeks. The trivalent vaccine has been used in some breeding and commercial layer farms of Hebei province. The good results demonstrated that the vaccine could control the occurrence and epidemic of ND, EDS76 and IBD effectively.
