动物皮癣菌病与螨虫病联合防治技术研究与应用

摘　　要：研制的抗动物皮癣菌病与螨虫病联合缓释剂与粉剂 (简称皮复康缓释剂与皮复康粉剂 ) ,临床试验证明 :兔 1ml/只 ,猪和羊 0 1ml/kg体重 ,肌注皮复康缓释剂 ,3d开始痒觉减轻 ,5d有 2 5 /31病例螨虫检查阴性 ,10和 15d分别有 2 6/31和 2 9/31病例真菌检查阴性 ,10～ 30d痊愈 ,有效期达 5个月以上 ;兔 30g/kg体重 ,猪和羊 2 0 g/kg体重 ,口服皮复康粉剂 ,5～ 7d见效 ,5d有 2 0 /31螨虫检查阴性 ,10和 15d分别有 8/31和 13/31病例真菌检查阴性 ,2 5～ 4 0d痊愈 ,有效期 2个月。在浙江等 5省市试用证明 ,皮复康缓释剂与皮复康粉剂对动物皮癣菌病与螨虫病疗效良好。A slow released griseofulvin and avermectin combined agent(SRGACA)and a griseofulvin and aver mectin combined powder(GACP) treating animal tinea and seabies were prepared. It was shown by the results of clinical experiment that the three groups of rabbits (1ml per rabbit), pigs (0.1ml/kg) and goats (0.1ml/kg) intramuscularly injected of SRGACA respectively had batter prevention and treatment effect. Tickle suffering began to be alleviated after 3d. 25/31 animals showed negative in examination of parasitology in 5d. 26/31 and 29/31 animals show negative in examination of mycology in 10d and 15d. All the animals Were fully recovered in 10～30d. The period of validity is more than 5 months. The rabbits, pigs and goats orally took GACP by the doses of 30g/kg, 20g/kg and 20g/kg respectively show clinical effect in 5～7d. 20/31 animals show negative in examination of parasitology in 5d. 8/31 and 13/31 animals showed negative in examination of mycology in 10d and 15d. All the animals were fully recovered in 25～40d. The term of validity was 2 months. The results of tryout in Zhejiang province and other fours proved that SRGACA and GACP had batter treating effect on tinea and seabies in animals.
