不同批猪瘟活疫苗中猪瘟兔化弱毒E2基因主要抗原编码区序列分析

摘　　要：对 1 2批猪瘟活疫苗中的猪瘟兔化弱毒病毒 ,以 RT- PCR获得了 E2基因的主要编码区的大约 2 5 0 bp大小的节片 ,在 DNA star上对这些节片的 2 1 1 pb进行了测序 ,观察到这些节片的编码序列高度同源性。其核苷酸序列和氨基酸序列有 98.1 %～ 1 0 0 %相同 ,其中 9批完全一致 ,结果表明猪瘟兔毒疫苗株的分子结构极其稳定。Segments of about 250 bp in size of the major coding region of E2 gene of 12 batches hog cholera lapinised vaccine virus were obtained with RT\|PCR.211 bp of each of these segments were sequenced by DNA star.Highly homologous of the coding sequehce of these segments were observed.The identity of nucleotide sequences and aminoacid sequences were 98.1%~100%,that of 9 batches of these vaccine identified completely.These results confirmed that the molecular.Structure of the hog cholera lapinized vaccine strain is highly stable.
