摘 要:定义了电子配料秤单次称量相对误差。通过对某饲料厂自动配料系统的生产查定 ,对获得的配料称重参数进行统计分析 ,发现该例静态精度为 0 .1% ,单批最大称量为 5 0 0kg的电子配料秤的批次称量相对误差平均值为 0 .13% ,而单次称量相对误差平均值为 2 .35 % ,统计得到的单次称量相对误差可能达到的最小期望值为 1.92 %。The relative error in single weighing of an electronic proportioning scale was defined. By checking the performance of an automatic proportioning system and analyzing the statistical weighing data obtained from the proportioning processes in a feed mill, it was found that the average value of the relative error in batch weighing of an electronic proportioning scale (static verification precision 0.1%, maximum single-batch capacity 500 kg) was 0.13%. But its average value of the relative error in single weighing was 2.35%, and its expected minimum value was only 1.92%. Additionally, it was proved that the relative error in single weighing had a direct bearing on the weight value of the single weighing.
