摘　　要：本文观察了染25mg煤石英尘大鼠120天内BALF表面张力的变化。认为BALF表面张力降低与总磷脂、DPPC和肺泡Ⅱ型细胞的数量、功能改变有关。且表面张力较总磷脂DPPC敏感,方法简单。The surface tension of broncho-alveolar lavage (BALF) fluid in rats with the intracheal injection of 25mg of coal and quartz particles was observed during 120 days. The reduction of surface tension of BALF may be related to the increase of phospholipids of BALF and the number and function of the alveolar type Ⅱcells.The surface tension is more sensitive thenphospholipids. Its method is simple.
