钛渣中钙钛矿浮选性能的研究

摘　　要：含钛高炉渣中钛组分弥散分布于多种矿物相中 ,通过优化热处理条件可使钛富集于充分结晶长大的钙钛矿相中。研究了捕收剂油酸、羟肟酸、十二烷双甲基膦酸捕收剂和氟硅酸钠。Titanium compnents of titanium blast farnace slags are scattered in various mineral phases and can be concentrated by optimizing heat treatment conditions into fully crystallined and grown cacium titanium mineral phases.Study is made on the effect of collectors such as oleic acid,hydroxylated oximic acid,dodecyl bimethyl phosphonic acid depressants such as sodium fluorosilicate and water glass and the flotation time on the flotation of calcium titanium mineral of improved slags.
