摘　　要：XKZ200/1500×2000-U快开式精煤压滤机采用多项发明专利，实现一次拉开所有滤板，自动卸料、清洗滤布，具有过滤速度快、滤液清澈，噪声小，能耗低，重量轻，滤饼含水率比传统脱水设备降低8～10个百分点等特点。在大屯选煤厂使用一年多，效果良好，有广阔的推广前景。Some items of inventive patents are employed by XKZ200/1500*2000-U fast-opening type filter press for prepared coal, which has the characteristic of automatic opening of all filter plates at one time, automatic cake discharging, automatic washing filtering cloth, limpid filtrate, smaller noise, lower energy consumption, water content of filtering cake which is lower 8-10 percent than traditional filters. A filter press has been used in DaTun coal prepared factory over a year and the result of removing water is good, so this type equipment can be popularized in future.
