机制成品炮泥在煤矿生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：介绍了桃园煤矿研制出的炮泥机及机械化生产炮泥的新工艺。对矿井应用机制炮泥后的安全效果和经济效益进行了分析。该工艺促进了煤炭生产的规范化和管理科学化 ,提高了煤炭生产的科技含量 ,有利于提高爆破效果 ,降低了火工品消耗量 。This paper presents the stem machine developed by Taoyuan Coal Mine and the new technology of the stemming material produdced with mechanization,and analyzes the safe results and economic benefits of the stemming material used in the coal mining.The paper concludes that the technology will benefit the sfandardization of coal production and scientifit management,hence the enhancement of coal production technology,improvement of blasting effects and reduction of blasting costs,which alll promise a wide application of the technology.
