复方卡马西平片中氢溴酸东莨菪碱的HPLC测定

摘　　要：采用反相 - HPL C法测定复方卡马西平片中氢溴酸东莨菪碱的含量。色谱柱为 Hypersil C6H5柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -乙腈 - 0 .0 1m ol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液 (18∶ 15∶ 6 7,用磷酸调 p H至 3.2 ) ,检测波长为 2 15 nm。氢溴酸东莨菪碱在3～ 18μg/ml范围内呈线性 ,r=0 .9996 ,平均回收率 10 1.2 4%,RSD 1.77%。A RP-HPLC method for the determination of scopolamine hydrobromide in compound carbamazepine tablets was established. A Hypersil C 6H 5 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L KH 2PO 4 solution (18∶15∶67,adjusted pH to 3.2 with H 3PO 4), at the detection wavelength of 215 nm. The standard curve was linear in the range of 3～18 μg/ml (r=0.9996). The average recovery was 101.24% with RSD of 1.77%.
