菌必克洗液杀灭微生物效果与毒性的试验观察

摘　　要：皮肤消毒剂菌必克洗液主要成分为黄连、苍术、苦参、蛇床子等中药提取液，并含１０００ｍｇ／Ｌ苯扎溴铵。为了解其杀灭微生物效果与毒性，进行了载体定量杀菌试验与动物毒性试验。结果，以其１：７稀释液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用１０ｍｉｎ，对布片上白色念珠菌作用１５ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均达９９．９９％。染布片菌悬液中含体积分数５０％小牛血清对该剂杀菌效果无明显影响。置５４℃下放置１４ｄ，杀菌作用无明显变化。该剂对小鼠经口ＬＤ５０＞１０ｇ／ｋｇ，为弱蓄积毒性；其原液对家兔皮肤刺激反应积分为０，对眼刺激积分指数为８。因此，该剂适用于皮肤消毒。The main components of the skin disinfectant Jun-Bi-Ke Douche Solution are extracts of Chinese drugs such as Rhizoma Coptidis, Rhizoma Atroctylodis, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Fructus Cnidii and also contain 1000 mg/L bromogeramine. In order to know its germicidal effcacy and toxicity, the carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on the cloth strips exposed to its 1:7 dilute solution for 10 min and Candida albicans on the cloth strip exposed for 15 min was 99.99%. Presence of 50% (v / v) of calf serum in the bacterial suspension contaminating the cloth carrier had no signifi- cant influence on the germicidal efficacy of the disinfectant. Its germicidal effcacy did not change obviously after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. Its oral LD50 in mice was > 10 g / kg, be- longing to weak cumulative toxicity. The sum of rabbit skin irritative reaction scores to its stock solution was zero and the score of eye irritation was 8. Therefore, it is applicable to skin disinfection.
