含氯复方消毒剂杀灭微生物效果及腐蚀性检测

摘　　要：含氯复方消毒剂为含二氯异氰尿酸钠、柠檬酸、丁二酸、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠等的片剂，含有效氯２６０ ｍｇ／ｇ。采用载体定量杀灭微生物试验与金属腐蚀试验，观察其对微生物的杀灭效果及对金属腐蚀性。结果，含有效氯１００ｍｇ／Ｌ 该液对布片上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用５ｍｉｎ，杀灭率＞９９．９０％； 含有效氯３０００ｍｇ／Ｌ 该液对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用２５ｍｉｎ，杀灭率≥９９．９０％，对不锈钢片表面 ＨＢｓＡｇ作用１０ｍｉｎ，可破坏其抗原性．５０％小牛血清对其杀菌效果有一定影响。片剂置室温下２０ｄ或５４℃ １４ｄ，有效氯含量下降率分别为４．７８％与５．５９％。含有效氯５０００ｍｇ／Ｌ该液对铝、碳钢、铜、不锈钢的腐蚀速率分别为１．９１２、１．９４６、０．７０２、０．０００ ｍｍ／ａ。该片剂稳定性较好，其溶液对多数金属有不同程度腐蚀作用，杀菌效果受有机物影响。The compound chlorine-containing disinfectant is a kind of tablet containing sodium dichloroisocyanurate, citric acid, succinic acid, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, so- dium dodecyl sulfate, etc.. and contains available chlorine 260 mg/ g. Carrier quantitative germicidal test and metal corrosion test were used to observe its germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness to the metals. The results showed that its solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/ L with a 5 min contact time killed >99.90% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the cloth strip, its solution containing available chlorine 3000 mg/ L with a 25 min contact time killed ≥99.90% spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on the cloth strip and the same solution with a 10 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on the surface of stainless steel coupon. 50% calf serum had certain influence on its germicidal efficacy. After the tablet stored at room temperature for 210 days or at 54℃ for 14 days, its available chlorine content decreased by 4.78% and 5.59% respectively. Its solution containing available chlorine 5000 mg/L caused corrosion rate of 1.912, 1.946, 0.702, and 0.000 mm / a for aluminum, carbon steel, copper and stainless steel respectively. The tablet of this disinfectant shows good stability, its solution has corrosive effect in various degrees on most metals and its germicidal efficacy is influenced by the organic substance.
