饮水机水的细菌污染调查

摘　　要：为了解饮水机所供水的细菌污染状况，对水中细菌总数与大肠菌群进行了检测。结果，检测１００台待出厂饮水机所供纯净水，细菌总数均为 ０ｃｆｕ／ｍｌ，均未检出大肠菌群。检测９５台使用１年以上的饮水机所供纯净水，有细菌污染者达１６．８％（１６／９５）。其中，水箱盖容易打开的饮水机，水细菌污染率达３７．５％（１２／３２），水箱盖不容易打开者仅１．８％（１／５６），连续２０ｄ未用者则高达４２．９％（３／７）。因此，机中水要勤换，使用中尽量少开箱盖。In order to know the bacterial contamination of the water in drinking water machine, the total bacterial count and coli-group bacteria in water were examined. The results showed that the total bacterial count was 0 cfu / ml and no coli-group bacteria were detected in the puri- fled water supplied by 100 sets of the drinking water machine awaiting to leave the factory. Examination of the pufified water supplied by 95 sets of the drinking water machine having been used for longer than one year found that 16.8%（16/95) of them had bacterial contam- ination. Among them, the bacterial contamination rate of the water supplied by the drinking water machines with easily openable lid of the water tank attained 37.5%（12 / 32), while that of the water supplied by the machines with lid of the water tank not easy to be opened was on- ly 1.8%（1 / 56) and that of the water supplied by the machines having not been used for 20 consecutive days was as high as 42.9%（3 / 7). Therefore, the water in the machine should be changed regularly and the lid of the water tank should be opened as infrequently as possible.
