摘　　要：本文结合作者的实际工作经验 ,介绍了具有语音输入输出功能的 E- MAIL 系统的设计原理和实现方法 ,并就附件收发、字符编码等 E- MAIL系统中的重要内容进行了的分析和讨论 ,文中介绍的一些设计思路可广泛应用于With the authors experience, this article introduces the principle and the implementation of the voice e mail. It also gives analysis and discusses on attachment and character coding, the important part in e mail system. The methods introduced in this article may be used in the design of the Internet foundation applications and other software widely.
