摘　　要：本文介绍了实验用四辊可逆轧机计算机控制系统,分析了西门子S7-300 PLC和工业PC机在控制系统中的硬件配置和软件组成,详细说明了该系统的过程数据测量、张力控制、监控与数据采集(SCADA)方式和以此为基础构成的实验室计算机系统。对在传统实验中引入计算机改进实验手段、提高学生的计算机应用能力做了有益的尝试和探讨。This paper introduces the hardware and software configuration of a computer control system for experimental reversible rolling mill composed of industrial PC and SIEMENS S7-300 PLCS. The process data measurement, tension control,super visory and data acquisition are explained in detail. At last,the attempts to introduce computer to traditional experiments tu improve experimental methods and enhance students compter application skills are made.
