摘　　要：公共事业服务费自助缴费查询系统解决了服务费缴费速度慢且无回执单的问题。此系统包括前台一体机的实现 ,基于SMPP协议短消息中心 (SMSC)与扩展短消息平台 (ESME)的交互 ,以及在扩展消息平台中实现服务费查询、缴费的全过程 ,并实现了数据库的相应修改 (商业银行数据库、电信、移动通信数据库 )。This System has changed the embarrassment of the commonality service paying problems,once paying was very tired and insecurity.This machine implements all inquire modules,External Short Message Entity receives the information which is transmitted from Short Message Service Center based on Short Message Peer to Peer Protocol,and carries out the entire paying procedure by using the software.At the same time the applications manipulates two databases(database of bank and database of telecommunication bureau).
