摘 要:研究了液相法制备钴蓝所用沉淀剂 ,探讨了主要工艺参数诸如CoO与Al2 O3 的摩尔比 ,阴离子SO2 - 4 的引入及浓度、煅烧温度等与钴蓝光学性能、粒径、形貌以及晶型转化的关系 .实验结果表明液相法制备钴蓝不仅较常规固相法煅烧温度低 2 0 0℃左右 ,颜料色泽鲜艳 ,而且颜料不用粉碎就很松散 ,粒径均匀 ,性能优异 ,具有尖晶石结构 .通过热重分析研究了由钴蓝前驱体到钴蓝热分解过程的反应动力学 ,提出了反应动力学模型 .Precipitating agents used in the liquid phase preparation of cobalt blue pigment were studied. Influences of parameters including mole ratio of CoO to Al 2O 3, concentration of SO 4 2-, and calcinating temperature on optical property, diameter of particles, morphology and transformation of crystal form of cobalt blue were investigated. Experimental results show that the calcinating temperature of the liquid phase preparation is 200 ℃ lower than that of the drying preparation, and the cobalt blue pigment obtained has spinel structure and even size distribution. The reaction kinetics process from precursor to heat decomposition is determined by TG analysis, based on which, a model of reaction kinetics is proposed.
