摘 要:利用液相合成法把掺杂元素锂和铬同时均匀地掺入到主尖晶石相中 ,制得了颗粒细小、分布均匀及电化学性能优良的锂电池用活性材料 .利用X射线粉末衍射仪、Fourier变换红外分光光度计及扫描电子显微镜对所合成掺杂材料的结构进行表征 ,结果表明掺杂后晶胞发生收缩、Mn—O键增强、材料结构稳定、结晶性能好 .电化学性能测试结果表明 :混合掺杂锂铬元素可更好地改善材料的结构稳定性能 ,并获得较好初始容量及循环稳定性能 .Cr and Li elements were co_doped into host spinel lithium manganese oxide by a simple solution preparation technology. The resulted particles are found to be fine, narrowly distributed and well crystallized and the dopant active materials have high initial capacity and good electrochemical cycling performance. The structural properties of dopant materials were investigated by XRD, SEM and FTIR. The bonds Mn-O in Li-Cr_mixed doped materials are found stronger than those of the undoped due to the contraction of cells originated from doping of low valence metal elements and the contribution of stronger bonds Cr-O. The determination of electrochemical characterization shows that Li-Cr_mixed doped spinel materials has excellent structural stability and capacity retention during cycling.
