摘  要:本文着重介绍硫酸钡纳米粉体的液相合成方法。以BaS和NaSO4 为原料 ,以旋转填料床为强制混合器进行液相沉淀反应。并简要阐述其中的成核机理 ,系统考察了溶液的过饱和程度、转速、分散剂等因素对平均粒径的影响 。Preparation of ultrafine barium sulphate in liquids was well investigated and introduced in this paper.In this study,barium sulphide and sodium sulphate were used as starting materials,the micro-mixing of the liquid reaction which taking place in a rotating packed bed was intensified in the extreme.The nucleation mechanism was briefly demonstrated.The effect of rotating speed,the degree of supersaturation and dispersant on the diameter of the powder were systematically investigated,and the paper stated the optimum condition in the end.
