基于单片机的锯切机动态跟踪系统

摘　　要：以 8 9C2 0 5 1单片机为核心 ,以数字逻辑为基础 ,采用双机通讯的方式 ,完成匀加速运动锯切机动态跟踪匀速运动型材 ,并进行定长切割的过程 .分析了锯切机运动特点及控制算法 ,介绍了其硬件组成及软件流程 .The dynamic following process is completed by two computer communication based on 89C2051 single chip microcomputer and digital logic. In this process the uniform\|speedup\|motion Sawing follows the uniform\|speed\|motion Section Bar and incises the preconcerted length. This paper analyses the motion character and control arithmetic and introduces the hardware and software.
