摘　　要：目的 :体外比较顺铂和卡铂对胃癌细胞系的毒性作用 ,为临床化疗提供参考。方法 :采用二甲基噻唑基四氮唑试验 (MTT)在不同的培养时间 ,用不同浓度的药物 ,通过其细胞抑制率和半数抑制率 (IC50 )比较两种药物的细胞毒性。结果 :不同培养时间的肿瘤细胞抑制率顺铂明显高于卡铂 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,顺铂的IC50 也远小于卡铂。结论Objective:To compare the cytotoxicity of cisplatin and carboplatin against gastric cancer cell lines in vitro and provide reference for chemotherapy in clinical practice. Methods:The MTT assay was used to show the percentage inhibition of cell growth and the 50% inhibitory concentration (IC 50 ) at various exposure periods and concentrations. Results:The percentage of inhibition of cell growth by cisplatin was higher than that by carboplatin, and the IC 50 value of cisplatin was far less. Conclusion:Cisplatin was more cytotoxic than carboplatin against gastric call lines in vitro.
