摘　　要：目的 :为天南星族药用植物的分类和鉴定提供依据。方法 :以聚丙烯酰胺 /凝胶等电聚焦电泳 (IEF)方法对天南星族植物 7种 4变种 1变型 18个样品蛋白质进行分析。结果 :不同属植物的电泳谱之间有明显差异。结论 :利用 IEF谱带差异可准确地区分犁头尖属。OBJECTIVE:To provide chemical evidences for the classification and identification of the medicinal plants from the tribe Area .METHODS:The fresh tubers of 18 samples belonging to 7 species 4 varieties 1 form of the tribe Areae from Zhejiang province were analysed by means of polyacrylamide gel isoelectrofusing electrophoresis.RESULTS:The electrophoretograms of samples from the same gemera were closely related to one another,while there were some differences among those of the samples from the distinct genera.CONCLUSION:Typhonium,Pinellia and Arisaema could be accurately distinguished from each other by isoelectrofusing electrophoretograms
